A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the room.
Group Reservations
Plan 1 - Exclusive use - this means that no other guests will be admitted during your stay for for dining , casual meals or any other purpose, The hotel is allocated for your exclusive use. The charge is £1,500 and the period extends from 2pm until 11am the following day.
Plan 2 - Small groups of up to 15 - involving private use of Old Hall - 5% discount on accommodation, planned menus with 5% discount + £75.00 per half day use of Old Hall
Plan 3 – Exclusive use for weddings - the venue charge for a wedding is £1,500 per day. Quotations for catering etc can be provided. The period of exclusive use is from 11am to 11am the following day
Booking Terms and Conditions
- All holiday reservations must be made with either the proprietors of Plas Dolmelynllyn Hall or their appointed agents.
- Initial reservations should be made by telephone or email.
- No reservation will be confirmed until the agreed deposit is received.
- Deposits are non refundable.
- The signatory will be responsible for the outstanding balance if the booking is cancelled during the 7 days before the commencement of the stay, unless the accommodation is re-let.
- Guests are advised to take advantage of HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE which can be arranged on their behalf through a Registered Insurance Broker.
- Late availability reservations may be secured on the telephone by credit/debit card. Unsecured late availability reservations will only be held until 6:00pm unless a specific late arrival has been agreed. The management reserve the right to re-let rooms not taken up by 6:00pm.
- Plas Dolmelynllyn Hall is a no smoking house and the owners reserve the right to ask any guest contravening this rule to leave.
- Parties taking up unreserved accommodation will be requested to pay the value of the first nights booking before taking up occupancy.
- Accounts will be presented on the morning of departure and balances will be accepted as cash, Sterling travellers cheque, or cheque drawn on a UK bank, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Delta, Electron, Switch and Solo. We respectfully request that cheque payments be supported by a valid bankers cheque guarantee card. We suggest that guests staying for several days whose cheque card limit is insufficient to cover the final account make appropriate arrangements to secure their settlement.
- Rooms are available from 2:00pm and should be vacated by 11:00am on the morning of departure, unless a previous agreed alternative arrangement has been made. We reserve the right to charge £10.00 per hour for late departures.
