The conservatory bar on the south side of the hotel has views over the gardens and gets the best of the sun during the day and the last glimpses as the sun sets over the mountain ridge on the opposite side of the valley. Residents meet in the bar before the evening meal for drinks and coffee is served back in the conservatory at the end of the night. With a good wine list and an ever growing selection of fine whisky's the bar gives a comfortable place for people to relax.

We provide binoculars and bird spotting books to allow the guests to partake of a little twitching whilst they enjoy a relaxed drink and always  keep a wide range of spirits and drinks behind the bar as well as keeping a good range of wines and champagnes at the perfect temperature in our chillers and more  stored in the hotel wine cellar which is carved out of the rock under the hotel creating a cool dark environment to keep the bottles in perfect condition for your enjoyment.
