With Easter coming we have launched our spring menu with simple fresh local food
prepared with flair! 20.03.2008 Fishing Season Opens
Mawddach River for Salmon and Sea Trout: 20 March to 17 October. Fly and Spinner
only from 20 March to 15 April and from 7 October to 17 October. Trout
(non-migratory): 3 March to 30 September 09.03.2008 Mawddach goldrush MTB challenge
A very successful start to the new biking season - On the hillside overlooking
the Hotel the rigorous ride, with rocky sections and fast flowing descents,
weaves through breathtaking Welsh gold mine country and will present serious
bikers with a physically and psychologically demanding challenge.
Large enough to be grand! small enough to be a home!
Dolmelynllyn Hall is our home and we hope you will enjoy the leisurely pace at
which the hotel operates. You can enjoy the ever changing colours of the
mountains and forest, the tumbling and rushing waterfalls on our doorstep, the
dancing daffodils in spring, the lush gardens in the summer. At bedtime relax in
total peace after an excellent dinner. You could leave the hotel and walk
all day without taking your car or tour a little further afield to visit the
beeches or the high mountains and castles of beautiful North Wales.
Old Hall Restaurant
The Old hall is the oldest part of the hotel in use. With stone walls, slate
floors and warmed by a log fire the Old hall provides a relaxed venue for your
evening meal.
